Located an the edge of Wandsworth common this house was taken from a dilapidated state and converted into and upper and lower maisonette with a flat on a single floor between them. The lower maisonette extended the existing cellars to create a full basement with light wells . The upper maisonette allowed for roof terraces within pitched roofs areas. Extensive use of roof lights and emphasis on long site lines create a feeling of space in all units.
