Set with in a conservation area near to Kentish town tube station, this project fully refurbished, remodelled and extended to the house to provide larger combined living spaces onto a courtyard garden. This was designed to function as an outdoor room with integrated seating and lighting whilst giving maximum privacy. Every part of the internal space was used to maximise its use and enjoyment. This included a climbing wall up to a den at the highest part of the roof and a study overlooking the tree canopies at the top of the house.

  • Full Architectural services including: concept design, planning, detailed design and coordination of services, structure and landscape. Building control submission for full plans approval. Tender documentation including comprehensive drawings, schedules, specifications and contract information to get a detailed price from builders. On site contract administration to completion and handover to the client.
