An ex-council house with a mono-pitch roof was re-imagined for a young family to expand space and maximise multifunctional use. This included creating mezzanine areas in the loft and a full width glazed extension onto a courtyard. A home office was included to further expand the space that has a glass to glass corner window to create views to the evergreen planting of the surrounding garden.

Tender documentation including comprehensive drawings, schedules, specifications and contract information to get a detailed price from builders. On site contract administration to completion and handover to the client.
