Located between Clapham and Wandsworth Commons this whole house renovation and extension took everything back to brick. The design opened up all spaces to bring in light and connect to the garden. It created a replacement structure for a 80’s garage that was too small to use. The planning application process was done in steps to realise the final vision whilst de-risking each part. The design emphasises long views through the interconnected spaces on the ground floor. It maximises the use the three storey side extension to add dressing rooms, bathroom and a cinema room on respective floors.
